Restaurant General Manager (KFC)

LV Petroleum is excited to announce an opportunity for a Restaurant General Manager at the KFC restaurant inside our travel center. In this role, you will lead your team to deliver mouthwatering meals with unmatched service, honoring the legacy of Colonel Sanders while driving the success of our restaurant.

What You Will Do
You will lead daily restaurant operations ensure food quality standards are met and maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment for guests and team members

You will help lead train and develop team members while supporting recruiting and retention of top talent You will delegate tasks manage workflows and provide ongoing feedback to build a strong and motivated team

You will ensure every guest has a positive experience by maintaining high standards of service resolving concerns professionally and leading by example in all interactions

You will support financial performance by helping manage inventory control costs assist with scheduling and payroll and ensure operations align with sales and budget goals You will also assist with local marketing efforts and community engagement

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-food or quick-service environment.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
• Customer Service Orientation: Dedication to providing a great guest experience at all times.
• Financial Competence: Knowledge of budget management, cost control, and profit maximization.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills, with a proactive approach to challenges and decision-making.
• Excellent Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with guests and team members alike.
• Flexibility: Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
