Restaurant / Guest Experience Host – Leila Singapore

We are looking for a warm, polished and service-oriented Restaurant Host / Guest Experience Host to be the first point of contact for our guests.

You will be responsible for creating a welcoming first impression, managing guest arrivals and reservations, coordinating table seating, and ensuring a smooth and memorable guest experience throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities

• - Welcome and greet all guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.
• - Manage reservations, walk-ins, waiting lists and table allocation.
• - Escort guests to their tables and ensure a smooth seating experience.
• - Monitor table availability and coordinate closely with the service team.
• - Maintain accurate reservation and guest information.
• - Identify and communicate VIP guests, special occasions and special requests to the relevant team members.
• - Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception and waiting area.
• - Coordinate with the restaurant and management teams to ensure smooth guest flow.
• - Assist with guest experience initiatives and restaurant promotions.
• - Recommend relevant dining experiences, menu highlights or promotions when appropriate.
• - Support the restaurant team during peak periods and other operational needs.

Requirements

• - Previous experience in hospitality, F&B, customer service or a similar guest-facing role is preferred.
• - Well groomed ,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• - Warm, confident and professional personality.
• - Comfortable interacting with guests from different backgrounds.
• - Able to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment.
• - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• - Positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
• - Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• - Candidates without direct hosting experience but with strong customer service experience are welcome to apply.
