Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and professional Restaurant Host to join our team in Grand Rivers, KY. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities

• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize table turnover.
• Maintain an organized waitlist and communicate wait times accurately to guests.
• Assist guests with special requests and provide information about the menu and restaurant services.
• Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
• Answer phone calls and handle reservation inquiries professionally.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
