As our Restaurant Host Person, you’ll set the tone for an exceptional dining experience from the moment guests arrive until they depart. You’ll manage reservations, coordinate seating, recognize returning guests, and communicate with the service team to ensure a smooth dining experience. Your warmth, attention to detail, and professional presence will help every guest feel welcomed and valued.

Education and Experience

Previous experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or upscale restaurants preferred.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask, manage guest flow, and remain composed under pressure.
Professional phone etiquette and confidence using reservation systems preferred.
Must meet applicable state and local age requirements.
Must obtain and maintain required food handler certifications.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
Ability to escort guests comfortably throughout the dining room.
Ability to work in a fast-paced dining environment while maintaining professional service standards.
