We are looking for a Hostess for one of our locations in Valencia.

What you'll do

• Manage organic reservations by telephone and/or in person.
• Build relationships with customers to achieve their loyalty.
• Acquire new clients.
• Provide support during peak times during service.

What we're looking for

• You are proactive with a high capacity for work and have a high vocation for service and customer orientation.
• You have previous experience working as a Hostess.
• Previous experience as a customer solicitor and hostess.
• Demonstrable milestones in previous experiences.
• Proficiency in English is essential. Other languages are valued.
• Good presentation.
• Availability to work full-time is essential.

Nice to have

• Have full availability to work on a split shift.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Experience working with Cover Manager, El Tenedor (The Fork), and Ágora.
• Fluent Spanish and English. Other languages are valued.
• Possibility of national and/or international mobility is valued
