Restaurant Host - PT
The Restaurant Host is the first point of contact for guests dining at the casino’s restaurant. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming and respectful atmosphere, managing guest seating efficiently, and supporting smooth restaurant operations while upholding the values, culture, and hospitality standards of a Tribal Casino.
Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Basic computer or POS system knowledge a plus
Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally

Ability to work in a loud, busy casino environment
Schedule & Availability

Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Must comply with casino gaming commission and tribal employment requirements

Must meet Tribal Casino background check and licensing requirements

Must comply with all safety, health, and sanitation regulations
Education and Experience
