The Manufacturers’ Golf & Country Club Hosts are responsible for warmly greeting members and their guests while ensuring a seamless dining experience. Hosts are often the first point of contact and play a vital role in creating a positive and memorable membership experience. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, professional, and able to remain calm under pressure.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet members and guests warmly and professionally.
- Manage seating arrangements and organize dining room sections.
- Efficiently use the POS system to manage reservations and assign tables.
- Efficiently multitask while greeting and seating multiple parties.
- Learn and anticipate member preferences and needs, responding proactively to requests.
- Understand and follow the restaurant’s service standards and procedures.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor with members, guests, and fellow team members.
- Complete daily side work and cleaning responsibilities.
- Maintain an organized and welcoming host stand and entrance area.
- Communicate effectively with MGCC team to ensure smooth service.·
