Restaurant Hostess - Hôtesse d'Accueil

We are seeking a warm, professional, and service-oriented Restaurant Hostess to join our Food & Beverage team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating memorable dining experiences by delivering exceptional hospitality from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a genuine and friendly demeanor.
• Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide restaurant information.
• Coordinate closely with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback professionally.
• Maintain accurate reservation records and guest preferences.
• Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable at all times.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a hostess, guest relations, or front-of-house role within hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and French; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and passion for guest service.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
