Restaurant Manager
- Manage the food and beverage service function of the Club Lounge, ensuring efficient and professional service delivery in line with SOPs.
- Undertake cost-efficient staff scheduling and maintain appropriate service levels according to business demands.
- Lead and develop a specialist team of food and beverage colleagues through effective recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Attain and exceed budgetary revenue and cost targets through strategic revenue maximisation and efficient cost control.
- Maintain optimal stock levels, balancing guest satisfaction and financial parameters.
- Continually review and enhance products and services, staying aware of industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including risk assessments and fire safety procedures.
- Prepare and manage financial reports, forecasts, and budgets as required.
- Foster a positive team spirit and maintain a visible presence for colleagues, guests, members, and management.
- Uphold the highest standards of guest satisfaction and brand consistency.

- Proven experience in a Managerial role, ideally within a luxury or high‑volume environment.
- Qualification in Hospitality Management/Food & Beverage preferred
- Additional certification(s) in Food & Beverage will be an advantage
- Experienced in all aspects of restaurant and banquet service.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity with proven records in delivering results
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
