POSITION
Restaurant Manager
SALARY
S$4,500–S$5,500 per month
ROLE SUMMARY
Lead outlet operations, service, sales, people and cost control.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage daily outlet opening, service and closing operations.
- Plan staff rosters, training and performance follow-up.
- Monitor sales, guest feedback, cash handling, inventory and costs.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and company operating standards.
- Coordinate front-of-house and kitchen operations.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 years of restaurant operations or management experience.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work rostered shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Able to communicate in English for workplace operations and customer service.
WORK ARRANGEMENT
10 net working hours plus 2 hours of meal and rest breaks per day; 5.5 rest days per month; rostered shifts.
Salary range is inclusive of basic salary and fixed overtime allowance. Overtime is compensated at 1.5x the hourly basic rate in accordance with the Employment Act.
