Job Summary

ANTO Pizza e Aperitivi seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth coordination across teams in a vibrant Italian dining environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless coordination between front-of-house, kitchen, and bar teams for efficient service delivery
  • Lead, train, schedule, and motivate staff to provide attentive, professional service that enhances guest satisfaction
  • Maintain and monitor food quality, cleanliness, presentation, and overall guest experience standards consistently
  • Address and resolve guest feedback and service issues promptly to uphold high service standards
  • Monitor labour, inventory, wastage, and operating costs to support revenue and profitability targets
  • Coordinate reservations, table allocation, opening and closing procedures, and manage peak-period operations effectively
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace safety, licensing, and company policies to maintain a safe and legal environment
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and ongoing staff development to build a skilled and engaged team
  • Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to plan and execute promotions, menu launches, and special events that drive customer engagement
  • Prepare operational reports and communicate staffing, performance, and maintenance needs clearly to management

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant management or senior supervisory experience in full-service or premium-casual dining
  • Proven leadership, communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills applied to managing service standards, staffing, inventory, and cost controls
  • Guest-focused approach with demonstrated ability to handle complaints and service recovery confidently
  • Familiarity with POS, reservation, scheduling, and inventory management systems to optimize operations
  • Working knowledge of Singapore food safety and employment regulations to ensure compliance
  • Availability to work split shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Experience with Italian cuisine, pizza, wine, or cocktails to enhance menu and guest engagement
