Job Description
- Operating the Sushi Restaurant as the head chef
- Instructions to junior staffs for cooking
- Quality check for the whole menus
- Menu development for every seasons
- Whole shop management for shift and cash management
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years chef experiences in Sushi Restaurant are must
- Must have restaurant management experiences
- Prefer having menu development experiences
- Prefer Japanese speaker as the CEO is from Japan and some suppliers are Japanese
- Prefer having restaurant working experiences in Singapore
