- We're looking for an energetic, service-driven Restaurant Manager to lead the staff of Five O'Clock Somewhere Bar and Grill and create memorable dining experiences for every guest. What You'll Do
- Lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and operational excellence.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding hospitality.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on service, quality, and accountability.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, labor costs, and departmental budgets.
- Maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company and brand standards.
- Partner with the Executive Chef and hotel leadership to drive guest satisfaction and achieve financial goals.
- Resolve guest concerns professionally while creating positive, lasting impressions.
- Monitor inventory, ordering, payroll, and operating expenses to maximize efficiency and profitability.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Previous restaurant leadership or supervisory experience.
- ServSafe or Food Safety Certification (or ability to obtain).
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, labor management, and cost controls.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- TIPS/Alcohol Awareness Certification and bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus.
