Restaurant Manager – Carnaby (Robertson Quay)

Carnaby is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building great teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and running a restaurant as if it were their own.

What You'll Do
- Lead, coach and inspire the front-of-house team by example.
- Deliver consistently outstanding customer experiences.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness and presentation.
- Train, mentor and develop team members.
- Manage scheduling, manpower planning and labour productivity.
- Monitor inventory, ordering and stock control.
- Drive sales while maintaining strong cost control.
- Resolve customer feedback professionally and create memorable experiences.
- Work closely with the owners and management team to continually improve the business.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Calm under pressure and able to multitask during busy service periods.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude with a hands-on approach.
- Able to work weekends and public holidays.
