Salary Range: $43,000–$56,000 annually

What You’ll Do

Create Exceptional Guest Experiences

• Lead a warm, welcoming dining environment where every guest feels valued.
• Ensure outstanding service, food quality, presentation, and consistency.
• Maintain high standards throughout daily restaurant operations.

Lead, Inspire & Develop Your Team

• Coach, mentor, and empower our servers, hosts, bussers, and bartenders.
• Create engaging training and development opportunities that help associates grow.
• Lead daily team meetings, provide meaningful feedback, and celebrate successes.
• Foster a positive, supportive, and team-oriented workplace culture.

Bring Excellence to Every Service

• Partner closely with our culinary leadership to deliver exceptional food and dining experiences.
• Oversee service execution, restaurant performance, and daily operations.
• Support wine and beverage selections, inventory, and purchasing.

Help Our Restaurant Grow & Thrive

• Collaborate with leadership on financial goals, budgets, and operational strategies.
• Identify creative opportunities to grow revenue, improve efficiency, and strengthen associate retention.
• Support marketing initiatives, cost management, and continued restaurant success.
