Restaurant Manager - Fine Dining
We are seeking a passionate and service-driven Restaurant Manager to lead our fine dining restaurant and deliver exceptional guest experiences reflective of The Peninsula's legendary service standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to creating memorable dining experiences while driving operational excellence.
Key Accountabilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring service excellence and compliance with hotel standards.
- Lead, coach, and develop the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage staffing, schedules, and team performance to support operational efficiency.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, hygiene, and presentation.
- Handle guest concerns promptly while collaborating with other departments to drive service quality and business performance.
General Requirements
- College graduate in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Open to local candidates who are legally authorized to work in the Philippines.
- At least 3 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine-dining restaurant or luxury hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, guest service standards, and restaurant management practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
