Career Land Center is hiring a Restaurant Manager for a Greek restaurant for Riyadh Season in Saudi Arabia.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership position.

• Proven experience working in a restaurant environment.

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Greek cuisine is required.

• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction.

• Experience supervising and motivating restaurant staff.

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural hospitality environment.

• Professional attitude and strong customer-service skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the restaurant.

• Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff to ensure smooth service.

• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and guest service.

• Ensure Greek cuisine standards and recipes are consistently followed.

• Monitor inventory, supplies, and operational needs.

• Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.

• Support staff training and development.

• Coordinate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams.

• Ensure compliance with restaurant policies, health, safety, and hygiene standards.

• Help achieve operational and customer-service goals throughout Riyadh Season.
