Lime Recruit is looking for a pro-active Restaurant Manager to oversee a busy operation as part of a hotel in Bath. The ideal Restaurant Manager will have rosette, and volume experience with a passion and enthusiasm to make a difference to the customer experience.

The Role
- Assist the General Manager in the day to day operations of the restaurant operations
- Ensure high standards are being maintained across all areas
- Responsibility for stock management and ordering
- Duty management shifts for the hotel
- A hands on role overseeing and developing a team
- Gain feedback to improve all aspects of the customer journey
About You
- Experienced Supervisor or Manager from a high end, ideally rosette background
- Calm under pressure with a track record of training and developing staff
- Fun, friendly and hands-on Manager capable of dealing with fast paced sales
- Ability to provide a memorable dining experience in a busy environment
- Well presented, enthusiastic and passionate
- Knowledge of running weddings and private dining events
