Your department
Every manager here is developed to be capable of successfully running the whole restaurant on a shift. Your department is where you go deep, become an expert, and develop your team.
What you'll own
- Running shifts start to finish, for your department and the whole building
- Sales and profitability for your department, with real numbers: budgets, forecasts, and the P&L
- Schedules and labor
- Inventory and ordering
- Hiring, coaching, and developing your team

What you bring
- Experience managing in a high-volume, full-service restaurant or bar
- A track record you can talk about in numbers: developing and coaching a team, food or liquor cost, labor, driving sales
- Experience hiring and building a team, beyond just running one
- ServSafe Manager certification, or you'll get it in your first [30] days

Pay and benefits
- $62,000 to $72,000 salary, based on experience
