Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and administrative tasks to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
• Manage and coordinate staff schedules, performance, and development to maintain a motivated workforce
• Plan and execute advertising and promotional activities to increase customer engagement and restaurant visibility
• Communicate effectively in basic English to coordinate with team members and customers
• Demonstrate a positive and vibrant attitude to foster a welcoming environment for staff and patrons
