What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily high pace restaurant operations to ensure smooth service
- Achieve and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the outlet
- Uphold and enforce restaurant standards, service quality, and company policies
- Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service
- Maintain restaurant aesthetics and cleanliness, ensuring a welcoming environment
- Manage inventory, sales, and staff records with attention to detail
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance regularly
- Understand and recommend menu offerings to enhance the guest experience
- Handle and resolve customer feedback or complaints professionally
- Train, guide, and motivate the team to maintain high service standards
- Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for service
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to support promotions and events
What We’re Looking For:
- Well-groomed, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English and able to connect with all groups of customers
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role and in a fast pace environment
- Strong grasp of current F&B and hospitality trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Committed to high standards of hygiene, service, and product quality
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset
