We are seeking a Restaurant Manager who is passionate about service excellence, operational efficiency, and creating memorable experiences. This is a hands-on role that blends strong floor leadership with strategic oversight, and includes active involvement in planning and executing in-house events, seasonal promotions, and private functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service flow, consistent hospitality standards, and a safe, welcoming pet-friendly environment.
- Maintain a strong floor presence during service, engaging with guests and supporting the team during peak periods.
- Oversee staff scheduling, daily briefings, and shift management to ensure operational efficiency and teamwork.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events – including seasonal promotions, community engagements, and private functions – managing all related logistics and timelines.
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback or complaints, resolving issues effectively to protect and enhance the brand reputation.
- Build relationships with regular guests, event clients, and the local community to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure full compliance with all government health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of managerial experience in a full-service restaurant or hospitality environment.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for food, wine, hospitality – and comfort around pets.
- Computer literate with experience in POS and reservation systems.
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
