Job Description: - Oversee daily FOH operations, ensuring seamless service and high table turnover. - Act as the face of the restaurant, maintaining hospitality and resolving guest feedback. - Lead, train, and schedule a diverse team to ensure consistent service excellence. - § Drive sales, monitor P&L, and manage costs to meet monthly targets.

Qualifications: - Turkish, 35 years old and below - At least 2 years of UAE experience in a supervisory role within the f&b industry - Ability to lead a diverse team and manage inspections - Immediate joiner is preferred
