Leading the day-to-day operations of the restaurant while ensuring exceptional service, food quality, and operational excellence.

Coaching, mentoring, and developing Restaurant Curators while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and developing talented team members with an emphasis on future leadership growth.
Conducting daily pre-shift meetings to communicate service priorities, menu knowledge, guest expectations, and operational updates.
Managing reservations, dining room flow, staffing levels, schedules, and labor resources to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Monitoring team performance and providing timely coaching, recognition, and performance documentation when needed.
Responding to guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and urgency while creating service recovery opportunities that build guest loyalty.
Maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, safety, and presentation throughout the restaurant.
Managing restaurant financial performance by overseeing labor costs, payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and departmental profitability.
Supporting marketing initiatives, promotions, community events, and programming that increase guest engagement and restaurant revenue.
Partnering closely with Culinary leadership to ensure seamless communication, efficient operations, and exceptional dining experiences.

Education and Experience
Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience required.
Hotel, upscale restaurant, fine dining, or hospitality leadership experience preferred.
Experience managing labor, scheduling, payroll, budgeting, and departmental financial performance.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service, food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service.
Experience using restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems, reservation platforms, and scheduling software preferred.
Demonstrated ability to recruit, coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask while maintaining exceptional guest service and operational standards.
Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events based on business needs.
Food Handler Certification and Alcohol Service Certification, where required by law.
Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred, but not required.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, and move throughout the restaurant during the shift.
Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to assist with food and beverage service, dining room operations, and guest support as business needs require.
Ability to operate restaurant point-of-sale systems, reservation platforms, computers, and standard office equipment.
Ability to maintain professionalism while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
