Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee the overall operations of a Bar & Restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, customer service, team management and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
2. Manage front-of-house and bar teams, including Captains, Stewards, Bartenders and other service staff.
3. Ensure excellent guest experience and maintain high standards of customer service.
4. Handle guest complaints, feedback and service-related issues professionally.
5. Monitor daily sales, revenue, expenses and operational costs.
6. Manage inventory, stock control, food and beverage costing, and minimize wastage.
7. Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food service and timely order delivery.
8. Monitor bar operations, beverage service, stock levels and responsible service practices.
9. Prepare staff duty rosters, manage attendance
