Job Description & Requirements
Bites&Brews is a casual dining restaurant in Joo Chiat serving Western comfort food with Asian twists. We are looking for an experienced and reliable part-time service crew member to support our team during busy weekends.
Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take orders and serve food and drinks
- Clear and reset tables
- Assist with basic beverage preparation when required
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
- Support the team during busy brunch and dinner service
- Assist with opening and closing duties
Working Hours
- Mainly Saturday & Sunday
- Approximately 11:00am–10:00pm (with a break in the middle)
- Additional weekday shifts may be available
Requirements
- Previous service experience in a Western restaurant is required
- Familiar with Western restaurant service standards and operations
- Very hands-on and willing to help wherever needed
- Hardworking, responsible and reliable
- Able to work efficiently under pressure in a busy restaurant
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
