About the Role
The Metro-Y Commune by Metropolitan YMCA (MYMCA) is more than just a dining space — it’s a community hub where people gather to connect, share, and enjoy good food with purpose.
We are looking for Restaurant Servers who are passionate about service and people. You’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive dining experience for our guests while supporting a café that promotes inclusion and community spirit.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to all guests
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area at all times
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables for smooth service flow
- Work closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure guest satisfaction
- Uphold MYMCA’s values of Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility in every interaction
Qualifications & Attributes
- Experience in F&B or hospitality preferred (training will be provided)
- Positive attitude and good team spirit
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Punctual, responsible, and service-oriented
- Passionate about people, learning, and community engagement
