Restaurant Server

As a Waiter/ Waitress at Villa Haven, you will be responsible for ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience by providing attentive service and personalised recommendations. You will work closely with the restaurant team to deliver high-quality service and uphold our standards of excellence in hospitality.

• Previous experience as a Waiter/ Waitress or in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and a focus on providing exceptional service to guests.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or food service is a plus.
