Restaurant Service Crew

Key responsibilities

• Handle seating, order taking, food running, table service and resetting

• Introduce featured products and promotions and respond promptly to guests

• Complete POS orders, takeaway handovers and opening/closing duties accurately

• Follow service, food hygiene and safety SOPs

Requirements

• Positive, reliable and service-minded, with willingness to learn multiple stations

• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays

• Language requirement: Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to read bilingual menus, explain Chinese specialty dishes to Mandarin-speaking customers, and process table orders accurately

• F&B experience is preferred; suitable applicants without experience are welcome
