Job Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Serve food and drinks according to service standards
- Provide excellent customer service and handle guest enquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area
- Assist with restaurant opening and closing procedures
- Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Friendly, well-groomed, and service-oriented personality
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
- Prior F&B experience is an advantage but not required
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
