Restaurant Service Crew

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service
• Take orders accurately and handle POS transactions
• Serve food and beverages efficiently and with care
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and kitchen areas
• Assist with food preparation or kitchen support when needed
• Refill stock, condiments, utensils, and napkins
• Follow company’s SOPs and safetyguidelines at all times
• Work as a team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Team player with good communication skills
• Prior F&B or service experience is a bonus, but not required (training provided)
