- Handle customer enquiries and feedback efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area at all times.
- Restock service items such as condiments, utensils, and napkins.
- Adhere to food safety and workplace safety guidelines.
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude with good customer service skills.
• Preferable with min. 1 year experience, and with a valid food hygiene certificate. Training will be provided.
