Restaurant Supervisor

What You’ll Be Doing

· Supervise and support the service team to ensure smooth daily operations.

· Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest feedback professionally

· Interact with guests, provide menu recommendations and upsell food and drinks

· Drive sales through upselling, promotions, and marketing activities

· Assist in training and guiding team members to improve service standards

· Oversee inventory, ordering, and daily operational checks

· Carryout any other duties assigned by the Reporting Manager

What we're looking for

· Prior F&B or hospitality experience is preferred

· Customer-oriented, proactive, and able to work well under pressure

· Team player with leadership potential
