Restaurant Supervisor

YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Orchestrate the Service: Lead the restaurant team through every service with poise and precision, so each section runs seamlessly and every table, sideboard and piece of equipment is impeccably presented.
• Curate the Guest Journey: Greet guests by name, anticipate their needs and acknowledge VIP arrivals. Share allergies, dietary needs and special requests with the right teams.
• Inspire Through Expertise: Use your knowledge of menu and wine list to recommend with confidence and upsell naturally. Coach and train servers regularly so service stays consistent and refined.
• Champion Commercial Excellence: Support the restaurant's budget by checking ordering accuracy, pouring standards, bill handling and stock levels. Keep breakage and waste to a minimum and complete accurate weekly breakage reports.
• Lead with Integrity: Set the standard for grooming, punctuality and teamwork. Work closely with other departments, and uphold the hotel's safety, hygiene and sustainability standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• At least 3 years of food and beverage experience in a luxury hotel or fine-dining restaurant
• Strong knowledge of food and wine, a sharp eye for detail and caring for guests
• Approachable, calm under pressure and enjoys developing others
• Good communication skills in English and Cantonese; Putonghua is an advantage
