Restaurant Supervisor

Lead and supervise the restaurant floor team during service, assigning sections and responsibilities to ensure smooth operations. Oversee restaurant setup, presentation, and overall organization, ensuring compliance with hygiene, health, and food safety standards. Welcome guests, manage table allocations and reservations, and handle complaints and special requests in a professional and timely manner. Conduct team briefings, communicating menu updates, daily specials, allergy information, and other relevant operational details. Train new team members and evaluate their performance, providing ongoing coaching and support. Monitor equipment and operating supplies, manage inventories and replenishment needs, and minimize waste and losses.
