We're seeking a Technician to join our growing team! This position plays a key role in managing and executing water and mold remediation jobs from start to finish while providing top-tier customer service.

We're seeking a Technician to join our growing team! This position plays a key role in managing and executing water and mold remediation jobs from start to finish while providing top-tier customer service.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
-Review scope of work with homeowners and clearly explain the process
-Provide realistic job timelines and set expectations with client
-Perform water and mold remediation, including basic demolition and cleanup
-Maintain a clean work truck
-Keep all job paperwork updates in our system
-Be available for on-call emergencies when scheduled (overtime paid)
Qualifications
-Organized and detail-oriented
-Willing to learn industry basics including square foot and linear foot calculations
-Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and performing hands-on labor
-IICRC certifications are a plus, but not required
-Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
