Jenkins Restorations is hiring a Restoration Project Manager in Baltimore to sell, estimate, and project-manage property damage repair jobs up to $50,000 — scoping damage, submitting estimates to insurance companies, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring customer satisfaction and payment across multiple concurrent projects.

The Mitigation Technician reports to the General Manager with accountability for providing excellent service for those who have been victims of disaster and for restoring property and lives with a servant’s heart. The Mitigation Technician is primarily responsible for physically performing the water and storm damage cleanup for properties and providing excellent customer service skills. This is a labor-intensive construction related position that has a rotating on call / response requirement.
JOB SUMMARY:
This position is a full time exempt position. This position is primarily responsible for selling, estimating, and project managing jobs ranging from $0-$50,000 by performing the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
· Visits new assignments/jobs, interfaces with the client, and sells the job.
· Scopes the damages at the site, creates an estimate on a database, and submits it to the insurance company/property management company for approval.
· Coordinates the repairs of the property using our contractors and ensures the project gets completed to the Jenkins standard.
· Calls or meets customer to ensure satisfaction and collects payment for work completed.
· Manages deadlines, progress, and quality on multiple projects simultaneously.
All positions that require driving will require the employee to be 21+ years of age for safety compliance.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position has supervisory responsibilities. The CCPM will supervise subcontractors.
