Restorative Aide – Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time 1st Shift

Sign-On Bonus: You will be eligible to receive a total sign-on bonus of $2,400, paid in four installments of $600 each. Payments will be made upon completion of 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, and 12 months of employment, in accordance with company policy.

Pay rate: $21.00 per hour

Full-Time Role

7AM – 3PM shift

Every other weekend shifts

10% weekend shifts differential

Job Description:

Encourages residents’ participation in programs and monitors and records attendance. Monitors supplies and equipment for rehab unit. Able to carry out job duties and meet requirement of CNA per job description. Assists unit CNAs and therapists as needed. Ability to use all equipment and devices and to instruct floor CNA’s on the proper use of all equipment.

Requirements:

• Must be IDPH Certified
• Must be CPR certified
• Must possess good computer skills.
• History of excellent attendance
• Long Term Care experience preferred.
• Demonstrates caring and compassionate nature
• Candidate must be a team player, have a positive outlook and excellent problem- solving skills.
• Maintains neat, professional appearance.
