Job Scope:

Responsible for day-to-day business operations for outlets
Responsible for F & B Costing and analyzing financial performance
Fully responsible for the restaurant profit and loss statements
Attend any meeting called by Director/General Manager as and when necessary
Plan & conduct staff trainings and take full responsibility for staff developments in the restaurant
Perform other duties as and when assigned
Supporting Operation for all of outlets
Arrangement to be comfortable between mangers
Keep cleanness all of outlets
