Retail Acquisition Sr Specialist - Sentraya
To lead retail cross-selling initiatives to grow no of SA customers base, product holding & optimize revenue
- Develop and review an end to end cross-selling program and campaign
- Engage relevant party(ies) or stakeholder(s) to ensure a seamless process flow is in place for each campaign fullfillment and execution
- Perform analysis & effective x-sell acquisition model
- Review campaign effectiveness including no of conversion & cost
- Undertake system enhancement and/or new system implementation related to X-sell
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned by the supervisor
