Retail Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Retail Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will help lead the team, ensure excellent customer service, and contribute to achieving sales targets and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations.
• Supervise and support staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and store presentation.
• Help manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandising to optimize sales.
• Open and close the store as needed, ensuring all procedures are followed.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, helping to drive results.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner.
• Enforce store policies and maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate a team and handle a fast-paced retail environment.
