We're looking for an organized, experienced Retail Associate to help our Santa Monica store deliver the in-store experience Pedal Mafia is known for — one that reflects our standards, hits our sales goals, and keeps customers coming back.
What You'll Do
- Deliver an exceptional level of customer care in every interaction
- Listen to customer feedback and resolve concerns with care and professionalism
- Manage stock and inventory to keep the store running smoothly
- Keep the store looking sharp — upholding our aesthetic and standards for upkeep
- Hit monthly and annual sales targets
- Bring our brand values to life for every customer who walks through the door
What You Bring
- Previous retail or sales experience
- A passion for cycling and experience with the cycling apparel industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A natural multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for great customer service
- Self-motivation and a drive to hit sales goals and KPIs
- Business management experience is a plus
