🛍️ Retail Assistant | S$2,000–S$2,300 | AWS | ION Orchard

We are looking for Retail Assistants to provide friendly customer service, promote products and support the daily operations of a retail outlet.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Introduce, promote and explain products to customers.
• Respond to customer enquiries and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Process sales transactions and payments accurately.
• Replenish merchandise and maintain attractive product displays.
• Support stock checks, inventory control and receiving of goods.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the outlet.
• Assist with daily opening and closing duties.
• Work towards assigned sales and promotional objectives.
• Perform other retail duties when assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Promoter, retail-sales or customer-service experience is preferred.
• Pleasant, proactive and service-oriented.
• Comfortable approaching and assisting customers.
• Able to communicate effectively in English for customer service.
• Positive, responsible and willing to learn.
• Reliable and able to work according to the assigned roster.
• Able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays and peak festive periods when required.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• Monthly Salary Package: S$2,000–S$2,300
• Salary package includes 72 hours of monthly overtime
• AWS: One-month 13th-month payment
• Annual Leave: 7 days upon commencement, increasing by 1 day for each completed year of service
• Basic insurance and workplace injury coverage

WORKING HOURS

• 10:00 AM–10:00 PM
• Working days based on roster
• Rest days based on roster
