Retail Assistant
Summary
Assists customers in a retail store selling spectacles and frames, providing product advice, handling sales, and maintaining store operations in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional advice to customers on spectacles, frames, and related products.
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain store operations and ensure proper inventory control.
- Serve as a Brand Ambassador, representing the company's image and values.
- Achieve individual KPIs and contribute to overall store sales targets.
- Perform cashiering duties and handle various in-store payment transactions.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and adhere to company SOPs.
Requirements
- Prior retail experience is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Sales-driven and customer-oriented.
- Willing to stand for long hours and work on weekends and public holidays.
