We are looking for friendly andservice-oriented Retail Assistants to support daily supermarket operationsand deliver a pleasant shopping experience to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist with enquiries in a courteous manner
- Explain product features, promotions, and pricing when required
- Operate cashier counter and process payments accurately
- Replenish shelves and ensure neat and attractive product displays
- Perform stock checks, including quality and expiry checks
- Ensure price tags and labels are accurate
- Assist with online order picking and order fulfilment
- Participate in stock-take activities
- Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain store cleanliness
- Support other departments and carry out ad-hoc duties when required
Requirements
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Customer-focused with good communication skills
- Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Team player who can also work independently
- Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods
- Retail experience is an advantage but not mandatory (training provided)
