The Budtender is the primary contact between Green Gold Group’s customers and the company. They are responsible for educating customers on Green Gold Group’s products and providing an excellent customer service experience. A top requirement of this position will be the ability to communicate effectively and have a good understanding of how to meet the customers’ needs.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and cash management with a focus on register accountability
- Deep understanding and passion for cannabis, cannabis accessories and the cannabis industry
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional, amicable demeanor
- Dependable and hardworking attitude
- Must have flexible availability with the willingness to work nights, holidays, and weekends
- Ability to qualify for MA MTC/ME agent licensure
- Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation
- High School Diploma or GEC equivalent required
- Must be 21 years of age to apply
Physical Requirements:
- Physical aptitude and health necessary to perform manual labor tasks required for the proper management of dispensary
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to twist, stoop, reach, stretch, walk, carry boxes and perform repetitive motions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
