Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers to provide a positive shopping experience and promote sales of collectibles, gadgets, and accessories
- Communicate product features and benefits clearly to customers to support informed purchasing decisions
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently to ensure smooth checkout operations
- Maintain organized and attractive product displays to enhance customer engagement and store appeal
- Collaborate with team members to meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service consistently
- Adapt to work schedules including weekends and public holidays to support store operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ level qualifications
- Bilingual communication skills to engage diverse customers effectively
- Prior retail experience to contribute to sales performance and customer service
