Retail Banking Reports Lead Associate
Summary
Lead analyst builds and maintains BI dashboards and KPIs for retail banking using SQL, Power BI, and Excel to track sales, customer, and operational trends.
- Analyze business, customer, sales, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using BI tools (SQL, Power BI, Excel, etc.).
- Monitor departmental performance and provide regular analytical reports.
- Prepare management presentations and performance summaries.
- Control and monitor the retail portfolio, per branch and per product.
- Support business units with ad-hoc data requests and analytical studies.
- Ensure data accuracy, quality, and consistency across reporting platforms.
- Conduct customer segmentation, profitability, and behavioral analyses.
- Validate campaign performance measurement and post-campaign evaluations.
- Collaborate with IT and business departments to enhance data availability and reporting capabilities.
- Document methodologies, data sources, and reporting processes.
- Support automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, software Engineering , or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting.
- Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel.
- SQL and database querying.
- Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
- Strong data visualization and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of statistical and analytical techniques.
