Position Summary
The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, sales growth, member or customer service, operational integrity, and regulatory compliance of a financial institution branch. This role oversees branch staff, builds business relationships, ensures strong service delivery, and achieves branch financial objectives.

Leadership and Staff Management |
Hire, train, coach, develop, and supervise branch employees. Conduct performance evaluations, provide ongoing feedback, create staff schedules, manage staffing levels, promote a positive culture, and lead branch meetings. |

Sales and Business Development |
Achieve branch goals for deposits, loans, new accounts and other products/services. Develop local business relationships, coach employees on referral and sales opportunities, identify market opportunities, and participate in community outreach. |

Member and Customer Experience |
Maintain strong service standards, resolve escalated concerns, build relationships with members and local businesses, and promote financial products and services that meet customer needs. |

Operations and Compliance |
Oversee daily branch operations. Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, internal policies, and audit requirements. Manage cash controls, vault operations, dual control procedures, security, operational performance, and risk indicators. |

Financial Management |
Manage branch profitability and budget performance. Monitor financial reports and key performance indicators, execute plans to achieve financial goals, and ensure efficient use of branch resources. |
