- Male/Female with max age 45 years old
- Min Bachelor Degree in any major or related fields
- Min 12 years experiences in underwriting and claim
- Min pass AAAIK certified
- Strong in leadership, strategic thinking, complain handling and negotiation skill
- Good command in English
- Solid knowledge and strong competency of general insurance business, claim process, policy processing, customer services, IT and project management
- Develop and implement operational claim strategy for Retail Claim Services (majority motor Vehicle and Travel insurance claims) to meet expected level of customer satisfaction
